Full home inspections

Full home inspections are generally required or recommended for home buyers of pre-owned homes. Most banks required these types of inspections in order to finalize a contract, in order to mitigate risk for the home owner and the bank. Home Worx is Certified and Fully Licensed to perform a full home inspection of any residential property. We guarantee that our inspections will provide a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the entire property. Our inspectors will review the report with you in detail, and we also provide you with all the information needed for repairs and home advice.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTIONS

Hiring a home inspector to perform pre-drywalling inspections on new build homes is vital to catching mistakes by builders and contractors. While we are not code inspectors, we are safety and function inspectors. Because of our extensive knowledge, we are able to determine what issues may arise in your home, well before it's finished and you move in, thus saving you money down the road.

punch-list inspections

Punch-list inspections are ideal for buyers of new construction homes. While most items are verified by code-inspectors during the building process, many safety and functional items are left unchecked or ignored. During your final walk-through, Home Worx will be by your side, finding items that typically aren't caught by home owners or builder representatives. Our priority is making sure each and every item is reported and addressed, to ensure there are no deal-killing defects. Punch-List inspections are also good for sellers, as a way to prepare yourself for an eventual successful sale.
