A journey it has been...
They say that life is like an open road, and moving
forward is the best way to travel. It’s taken me years to
get to where I am, and there sure have been detours
along the way. But here we are. The leaving of a job,
working for the man so to speak. The founding of
another company, stepping out of a comfort zone, this
time; putting all my eggs in one basket. Moving forward.
As with my lighting business, the two reasons I do what I do; I enjoy it, and I love seeing a smile on my customers face. Helping somebody and making them happy is one of the greatest enjoyments in life. Sometimes we get so involved in what we do that we put on blinders and have tunnel vision. I realize now that for the last few years, I had that problem. I’ve had every opportunity and every capability to do what I’m doing now. Instead, I was burning the candle at both ends. However, from the help of loves ones; friends and family alike, I realized that my last job was not fulfilling me, or heathy for me, and I knew I had to make a change.
No longer would the home inspections, renovations, handy work, home theater installs, Christmas light installation, audio/video engineering, (and many other things...), be a side job. Now, it’s my only job. Now I get to do what I love on a day to day basis and help people who deserve it. Now I can do it with everything in me, to ensure that attention to detail and customer satisfaction is the highest priority. I strive to be the best, but earning that title isn’t easy. I will work tirelessly to earn your business and to never lose it. I hope you will give me that opportunity, because I promise you will never look back. The core values of Home Worx are not just fundamental, they are the ONLY way to conduct our business.
